Title: Police eldorado tank

Did police eldorado tanks ever come to the market without the white eagle on the side?  Specifically the black tank?  I have what appears to be a police tank (tall filler neck) but where the white eagle is on my other tanks, it’s solid black. Can’t see any remains of the white eagle either

Yes. A space was left there for the police department's insignia.
