Hello Guzzi riders :)
Another 10 min job that takes me forever ...
I took the throttle body out to clean it, at first, I tried to remove the throttle body from the sleeve that connects it with the airbox but I couldn't, so I took out the sleeve with it.
Any tips to put it back, I tried to open the airbox apart but I can't fit it inside. there is no room to fit a plier, I tried with a screwdriver but I will end up doing a mess
Should I take the sleeve out and fit it first then insert the TB ? if i do so I am afraid I won't be able to put it back inside the sleeve as this is super tight.
I have the 1tb v7

Came here to say those very things!
And for clarification, guzziSteve is referring to silicone spray, not silicone sealant. I’d remove the 2-to-1 snorkel from the intake manifolds, insert the throttle body side first, and then squeeze the intake sides on, using a heat gun.

Sorry I realized i wrote the answer but never send it out.
thank you, guys, for your help, silicon spray helped, i also removed the sleeve from the throttle body, it was much easier to put back the sleeve and not so difficult after all to re connect the TB...
Turned out the most difficult was to put back the hose clamp :)

Silicone spray is handy to have around w/all the rubber & plastic on bikes.

Silicone spray is handy to have around w/all the rubber & plastic on bikes.
Also very helpful for mating the final drive dogs in between the cushions rubbers, and for installing tires/tubes.
