Title: 2025 v85tt Screen options?
Post by: bad Chad on October 29, 2025, 06:07:50 PM
The standard screen on the 25" model doesn't cut it for me.  I'm very tall at 6'6" with most of that coming from my torso, not legs.  I have a cheap extender on now, but it's not ideal, and I'm looking for some input.

So far I see MG has a touring shield, which is apparently 22% percent larger than stock, think it comes on the Travel.  I'm sure it's good quality. Givi has a larger screen, for less out lay, the D8209ST SPECIFIC SCREEN TRANSPARENT.  Puig also has one, but it looks like it is not yet available?

Asking for thoughts on any experience with these, or any others.   Thanks brothers.

I put the one from the Travel on mine and it works for me but only 5’10’ and getting shorter. I get air around my helmet and shoulders with no buffeting. I suspect you would need something taller.

Try CalSci.  Always worked well for me.  Lots of sizes.

I'm about 5'-10" and tried the add on deflector route over the travel screen.  I went to a Givi and actually had to cut it down a bit as it was too tall for me.  I like to look over the screen by about two inches rather than through it.  Very satisfied and have since put the Givi on my Stelvio as well.
