Anyone ever used one of these?
I know the Ah on these are on the smaller side but they have just begun popping up here and for 1/2 the price of Lithiums.

They haven't made their way to OEMs like Lithium batteries have so personally I'd steer clear of them. Note that the BMW Motorrad mention on the battery is that it was used for racing, not something BMW sold with any motorcycles, at least not yet. I'd also check to see if it has a battery management system (BMS). If it doesn't, might be good enough for race use but I wouldn't want it in my garage.

Earlier this year I found that a battery is more than just the CCA it puts out, you also need adequate AH. I put a new LiFe battery (400CCA/5AH) in my Buell that was 180 CCA more than the OEM AGM battery and as soon as you hit the starter the amperage would drop and the battery would trip out on the BMS safety. Pull the fuse the BMS would reset and the bike might start. Took the battery back thinking it was faulty and got replacement. Same thing. Took this back and went with a 220CCA/10AH AGM (close to OEM) battery and the bike started every time, all the time. Turns out the CCA was more than enough but the Amp Hours was not enough and when you hit the starter the power inrush the starter needed dropped the amperage well below what the battery could provide and trip out on safety. So now when buying a battery I'll check not only the CCA is enough but also the Amp Hour rating.
In short what the OEM calls out for in CCA and AH is the minimum you want in a replacement.
This was also my main concern. The original battery spec'ed is YTX20CH-BS which is a 18.9 Ah battery. My current one is a Skyrich HJTX20CH-FP thats about 5 years old. Previous owner put it in and said its probably on its last legs when I mentioned the issue of it draining after not running the bike for 2 weeks. This lithium battery only has 6Ah as well.
I was looking at the MBTX16U but here in SG we can only get the MBYZ16HD (https://www.motobatt.com/batteries/agm-quadflex/mbyz16hd/)
Anyone have a better battery they have used?
