Ok, it seems my rear shocks are upside down, can anyone please confirm. I have had this bike only 2 weeks and only recently noticed this.
Is there a reason for this?? any info much appreciated. see pic.

I just did get a reply from a very good mechanic.
I asked "Could this have caused any damage?"
His answer No, suspension struts have always been installed “upside down,” back in the days of enduro bikes, and even on the V 11 and your Griso...

Thanks for that info, I have put the shocks back the right way, also one was preloaded max on spring, the other side was minimum, go figure.
I have set them both the same now so hoping for a handling improvement.

I'd go figure that whoever had the bike was sloppy and go thru it top to bottom.
