I always read the used motorcycle ads back in Chicago in the 70s.One day I glanced at the vacation properties column and found our farm in WI,rode up that weekend and moved in 6 months later.

I once bought a 440 Magnum Charger because it was running very badly. The vacuum hose from the manifold to the brake booster was broken. When the seller got called away for a few minutes I put my thumb over the end, the engine smoothed right out.
