Open to any and all suggestions on how to remove the bearing casing from the hub. I’ve looked through the forum search about it but I don’t have a tool that can get in from the back side, I do have a hand drill and assorted bits, thinking if I could drill a couple small holes it might weaken it enough. Even being careful and slow I might screw up the bearing seat. Any ideas. No chisels along. Long way back into town. A bearing puller would be no help now.

I wonder if it would work if you got a 10-24 coupling nut and a couple of 10-24 set screws. Put the screws into the coupling nut and insert into the bearing and then unwind the set screws tight into the race. Then punch it out from the other side.

Go to your friendly local welder and have him run a bead around the inside of that outer race. That'll shrink it enough that it will come right out.
You could try heating the hub - I'd remove the brake discs first.

If there is any sticking up from bearing stop in the hub you could just use a long punch on that edge. Otherwise, what Charlie said.

Next time you have the bearing out, fix up the designer/engineers screw up. Use a file or dremel or whatever and put 2 or 3 scallops in the hub so you can punch out the outer race of the bearing next time.

Just changed my fronts a few years ago cause front end felt funny but w/sidecar you don't feel it UNLESS you have sidecar in the air.
