Does it run? Do you ever go for a ride on it?

It runs very well, and it is ridden regularly on high days and holidays.

It's an online auction, guy is in germany, 500 miles from me in italy...... and the website doesnt consider visits anyway, ASFAIK. a bit like you with your bike, wasnt it?

I am looking for a flat single, anything that is NOT a Nuovo Falcone, but not in this price range....  and dont have garage space for a sidecar either.

just a wonderful jewel.

It is very close to my bike with a few differing details here and there.  The most interesting difference is the addition of the housings to enclose the valve train.  I have never seen that before.  I am not sure if it was a factory option, or a period aftermarket piece, but it is super cool!!

The auction bike is certainly worth the estimate.  The Parri Torino sidecar is to die for.  It would be sad to see this combination separated, but in your situation I would imagine the sidecar could be sold off for a pretty penny, especially where you are located.

That valve rocker cover is period aftermarket

Separating the sidecar sure would be sacrilege.... so would be an option for me at least.

Posted it because of the rarity and beauty of this combo, not because i intend to bid for it :)

those sidecars were super lavish...
