Hello !
we have a 2005 Breva with a almost new instrument set from 2008 ( bought new a few years ago) All off a sudden it started to show wrong speed - the needle doesent end up at 0
Anybody that know of shops that can fix this in Europe - I have read that this is not the first time this error have occured.
anybody that know of a fix
with Guzzi creetings

With care, the covers can be removed and the needle reset to zero. It's likely that vibration has loosened the needle and once set, a gentle push will 'secure' it again. I've managed to take apart the later Breva clocks (with chrome surround), to clean up the internals.The chrome one is trickier, AFAIK, due to internal plastic clips and the cursory look that I made of a purchased all black one, suggests that your clocks will be easier.
If you have no windscreen, then it's a quick enough task but go carefully.

I've found a mob here in Australia that does that sort of thing, although they send the instrument to the Netherlands to get the work done, I'll chase up my notes & find out for you. Your quickest option is to give TLM, Stein-Dinse, HMB or the like a call & ask for recommendations for this type of work. The V7's odometer only goes to 199,999, then you get ---,---. Very annoying for a long legged motor.
