A comment here on a topic mentioned in another post. In The Free State of Fla if your bikes are paid for, no matter how many, there is NO insurance required. Ya takes your chances & park smart.

New Hampshire no longer requires insurance OR inspections for automobiles.. Makes for a great excuse for someone to peel off after they bump or crash into someone.
With great freedom comes great responsibility to be a proper community member, aka—not a turd. How many are willing to be responsible if they are suddenly faced with the options of having to shell out a load of cash or…just taking off?

I pay higher insurance premiums to cover me from under or uninsured and am in a state where vehicle is mandatory.

It's true you don't need motorcycle insurance in Florida but if you ride into another state, like Georgia, you better have insurance.

Don't know about now, but back awhile Vermont didn't require insurance but stated you must have sufficient assets to self insure. You were still held responsible in an "at fault" accudent.

Florida also.

Assuming they have "loads" of cash to shell out. I'm guessing the majority who choose not to purchase insurance do so because they have very little if anything to lose if there is a claim. The old cannot you can't get blood from a turnip scenario.
