Title: Breva sport clamps on standard Breva
Post by: macaril@optusnet.com.au on May 26, 2026, 01:58:18 AM
Hi
Will the Sport clamps bolt straight onto a standard Breva, or do you need a new fork yoke also
Cheers

Top triple is the same. The Sport clamps mount in place of the riser bars used on the Breva.

straight swap if you can find 'em

I did this on my Breva 1100

I run a ProTaper bar 'KX High'

Thanks Chad, appreciate that, I assume those bars don't have threads on the end for the bar end weights, or do they

Do the OEM wires and cables have enough slack or did you have to extend any?

One more question, did you have to drill the handlebars to fit the controls ? I have read elsewhere this is required
