In short,(ha-ha), the fuse cover does not match the Manual on CD. Friday,F4 and F6 popped. I replaced and all was/is well. Start and run several times. I guess they all do that. (My trip to Matthews in 2013 was the only other time it happened. New fuse fixed it.) Looking at past threads about wiring and after learning the colors in Italian, I cannot fathom how re-wiring the solenoid helps. Power comes to the solenoid relay from the battery and either continues to the headlight or is switched to supply the solenoid. I know the relay is working as the headlight would switch off when the start button was pressed even with blown fuses.
So, any ideas on the blown fuses and the fuse block layout?

When the fuse popped I assume the bike stopped running.
I assume one fuse feeds the switch and the other feeds the tail-light,
If that is correct I would be looking for a short in the tail light or wiring.
Can you send me a printout of the schematic?
