I am a big fan of Marco Lucchinelli , he had more balls than brain LOL but imho he did pretty good for someone that never raced on that track before ...

Thanks for posting.  Marion and I were at Daytona that year and saw that race. In those day no way in hell were we going to miss Daytona.  We would close the shop and head to
Daytona. The next year Church came in 5th and, after that, didn't Harley pack up all it's toys and go home?  :(  I know  most of the folks who purchase motorcycles today know nothing about racing and could care less but when Harley withdrew from racing......well a  :( day indeed.  :(  :BEER:

Thanks for posting. Big fan of Lucky myself.  The 1986 Laguna Seca Race was an amazing experience. Unfortunately  cant find a link to share at the moment

Saw him in 83 on the prototype 851. Wittner was in that race too

if i am not mistaken he finally won daytona in the 86 with a duc 851
