I was hoping that by posting a photo of the bike, someone might know who the past few owners were. I would love to find the original parts that were removed from the bike.

It took me forever to figure out how to put the photo up, my wife had to finally figure it out. I am electronically challenged.

Congrats on the LeMans! Being from NJ, I'm surprised that bike didn't sell sooner. It was even discussed in another thread here. Why not ask the PO who he bought it from, and work back from there to get the owner history. Whoever took off the stock parts may still have them buried somewhere.

Looks great, congrats. If the front fork is marzzochi, its not original. The seat looks like a Corbin. Both not necessarily worse than original. Front indicator lenses maybe hard to find. More pics may tell more.

I have a pair of the front lower fairings, a front wheel, and an original seat that are surplus to my needs.

The Marzzochi fork might be considered an upgrade over the stock unit, the Corbin seat surely is. The front wheel is from a Ducati or Cagiva. Mismatched wheels bug me to no end but if you're wanting an original, it was a 16". The optional 18" wheel is going to be darned near impossible to find. I have a 16" but it needs blasting and paint or powder coating. It has about three different colors on it as it was a paint test mule.
What else would you be looking for? That bike looks nice, I love LeMans IVs.
Congratulations!

Congratulations! It's a beauty!
I had a LeMans V and also a V NT.
Somehow, wished I would have had a LeMans IV too at some point.

Congrats! I love mine, that's for sure. Ride it as is for awhile before going on a resto campaign. They are a great high speed tourer, that feels good just to be on. A complete manual set is available and of course, get the latest guzzi book. For awhile I wanted the 18 inch front, but after a few years I just don't think about it. If I can help you, just ask.

Obviously, the 16" wears tires out faster. :D
The 16" also makes the center stand more useful. With the 18" front, the rear wheel is barely off the ground on the stand.
