Title: Reverse spam, looking for brake fluid reservoir
Post by: Chuck in Indiana on January 19, 2015, 05:13:43 PM
For the Lario. P/N 65 66 35 00. Gots one? I haven't found one on the usual suspect's web sites. I *may* or may not be able to repair mine.

If you can do the cross reference to a V50III part number - I probably have one of those somewhere in my attic.

If the demented clowns hiding in the dark corners up there don't get me first - Sorry, just a childhood delusional fear that won't leave me.

Just back from garage, answered my own questions:

- rear? - what was I thinking?

Nope , not like a V50. It's for the integrated brakes, though..

Part no. 6566 3500 (S-D says: new number 10321410), Harper's lists it for $42. In stock? Gotta' call.  ;)

I have a brand new, smaller one (only 15 cc) that you could adapt. Looks like this:

Free, if you want it. Came in a package of two and I only needed one for my ATK.

Brembo part no. 10.3214.10, there's one on eBay:

This place might have it (getting cheaper - "Guzzi content"  ;D):

Thanks, Charlie..the price is right.  ;D Let me look a little further first. I haven't called Mrs. Eish yet, and haven't pulled this one off to see if I can repair it.

Woo Hoo! Mrs. Eish has one. Mine has a hairline crack the full length of the delivery nozzle. Took a 10X glass to see it. No fixing it, as near as I can tell..
Thanks anyway, Charlie  ;-T

You must not have looked too hard.  ;) Although, in your defense, if you simply type "65663500" into the "Search Here" box, it says: "sorry, nothing found for 65663500". You have to pull up the parts diagram for the Lario and find it on the rear brake section. Item 21, scroll down and, er... it's the same freakin' part number (65663500) you just searched! Click on that part number and it takes you here: http://www.harpermoto.com/21-brake-oil-tank.html . Why "search here" couldn't find it, I don't know. Maybe a bug Curtis needs to work out. <shrug>  ;D
