Today I saw what, IMHO, was the most barbaric, imbecilic motorcycle travesty. A BMW s1000. Stretched swingarm. Trashed bodywork. One disc on the front. It was all I could do to not erupt on the ignoramus riding the abomination. Thank goodness no one has tried this on a Guzzi.

Oh yeah!! I thought about this for months before making sparks. I'm glad you understand my vision.. ~;

I think it would have been so much nicer if the red on the pork chop, the valve cover and the tire were the same colour! :BEER:

I'm fairly sure that's a Kiwi bike :-[
But fear not, the builder kept all the original parts, and has returned it back to a V11 Rossa Corsa.
Some of his work on this bike was very clever, even if it was a little misguided.

Once Again at the 2010 Guzzi Rally, I can confirm it was back to original a month or so ago, but that could change at any minute, that boy is always thinking... ;D

Takes some guts to ride that to a Guzzi rally. Wouldn't be surprised to find the owner in the woods strangled by some red suspenders.
-
Yeah, but if the guy loves it and puts miles on it it's doing more than some of our rides that are stock. Never know if it was a crashed bike or basket case beforehand.
-
As long as the owner likes it and it gets ridden I guess that is all that maters. Brings a whole new meaning to the words Sport Cruiser.
