Title: paint code for 2001 Jackal Black

Hello,

Thanks to all that helped on my first post regarding my La Mackal conversion. Things are going well. I am looking to paint my 850T Tank the same color as my existing fenders on a 2001 Jackal. My local paint shop says "bring in a fender and we'll match the paint" I am wondering first...how do I find the paint code...and second, should I prefer the use of a paint code or go with the match computer?

Thanks Matt...I think I'm going to bring my fender to the paint shop and have them read it.
Found a local guy that does nice work.

We, Bennett's Paint and Body, looked at that site when I was getting something painted (one of my motorcycles) and no joy. I suspect how close you want things to match.   :BEER:
