Admittedly I have only a few miles on my '13 Stelvio and with the the stock wind screen at full lift airflow over my helmet is acceptable [so far.] However, I have already noticed a 'cold rectangle' during a chilly weather rides. It's chest wide from my waist to my sternum. Everything else on my upper body is warm. My layman's investigation suggests airflow from the wheel well is the culprit. Has anybody else experienced this?

Tape some 4"-6" lengths of string at the front of the fuel tank and in other suspect places, go for a ride, and you'll know for sure where the airflow is coming from.
Keep in mind that you do want some airflow into the pocket behind the windscreen to keep buffeting to manageable level.

Simple, but great idea. Thank you. To be continued...

I did it with my Quota and learned that the air causing my troubles was coming up the sides of the fuel tank.
Gustafsson Deflector wings on the sides of the tank were the cure.

WELL, wings may be soon installed on my Quota.
