Title: PipeMaster mufflers

Hi all.

I don't suppose anyone has installed PipeMaster Mufflers on their bike's, if so would you care to comment/compare them.

They are an Australian outfit, price wise they are around the same cost as the like of staytune and italian offerings.

              Had a muffler made for a Harley in '05 that sounded very good. They told me at the time that, owing to environmental considerations, the chrome might not be world class or words to that effect. If that concerns you raise the subject with him. They used to do SS too.

Yes they are stainless steel.

Agreed, they are nice looking mufflers.  GPR, in Italy, makes some very nice stuff too.  With GPR your are dealing direct with the factory and thus avoid a lot of markup.  They built a muffler for my G650GS and had it on my doorstep in about 4 days with free shipping.  I found the noise to be bothersome after a few hours on the road but others thought the sound was nice. 

Just a thought, the stock suspension is pretty wonky (even on the Racer) so spending the same money on suspension bits will make the bike more fun to ride.

I'll have a look at the GPR, I think the pipemasters are around the $1100  AU mark. The ones I have on the v7 are after market Kustum commune cheap is $140, the look great and sound like jet engines lol, but they are poor quality, I has a free dyno day a few months back and the mechanic reckons it's would be loosing some HP because of them.
I agree the front suspension does not inspire confidence, I might look at that next, perhaps.
I'm not looking at getting more speed out of the v7,  just improving the ride and the sound.

I've had Termignonis on my Ducati and really like them. I wish there were some the the V7 similar to the ones for the Griso.

Thanks for reminding me how truly crappy the stock pipes sound.  Love my Agos.
