 Does insurance cover that sort of thing?  How do you get them to believe you if not for the camera?

Looks like a broken water main scoured out a big hole in the asphalt ... Who would ever have guessed that there was a motorcycle-eating hole under there?   Especially since the car in front went right on over it .....
