After the last August Ohio "Check the local woods Rally", my Quota has been sitting in garage dismantled. Most of the Quota's I've seen are red or black, so I decided to change the color.
Taking the old Quota 1000 paint theme, bike is now silver and black with maroon lettering. After wrenching most of the winter, I took it today out for a quick 15 mile spin.

The Stelvio panniers needs to get repaired, they are still bent and leaking. Brackets have been repaired.
From Netherlands came the "old" style 2-round light facia, it will be painted and installed at later point. More light is better, although I installed LED Aux-lights too.
Cheers and see you next year on the road!!!
And this time.... Rubber side down!

Looks awesome Lauri - nice work. Might I suggest heat coating the exhaust black to complete the look?
Who did the paint and graphics?

That looks great, I like how the 'O' in Quota is strategically placed over the mounting screw ;-T

I gave the local sign shop the old Quota brochure and size of the print I needed. Theyu cut it out and cost me a whopping 25 bucks.
My paint guru/buddy Danny painted the panels and gastank, for $320.
Hmmm.... The black ceramic coating might be a good idea...Then again, its Price Sloan exhaust, piece of art!
And as added bonus, after 5 months my shoulder is normal again!

That is a sharp looking bike. Well done.

That turned out really nice! ;-T

If it weren't for the dark stripe highlighting the "QUOTA" on the fairing/tank, I'd have been very close in trying to pick which one I liked best... Red or Silver.
The "banner" on the silver really puts the decision over the top though as far as preference - the silver rocks.
