Title: Seat Strap - 850 LeMans

Anyone know where I can get the frame pins for mounting the seat strap?

Looking at the parts book, I'd say its just a regular pin that you'd find at Autozone etc., which is what I have in mine or some such equivalent. Actually, I may have the original one kicking around here now that I think about it.  Let me look, if I do you can have it. Of course that is assuming that the CX and Lemans I pin is the same part number.

The CX and LM1 is the same pin.  Any pin would work if you're not too particular.  If you're doing an accurate restoration it is a little weird in it's shape.  I bought the last one I could find and made the second one I needed.  Thx, dave.

Damn seat strap was a pain in my ass(literally). Took it off 2nd day I owned my LM3, and it's still in the same box of crap. PIA to get under seat w/it on too.

Isn't the idea to undo the right side of strap by removing the cotter-type pin to THEN lift the seat?
