Title: Throttle on the left?
Post by: Mayor_of_BBQ on February 28, 2015, 12:54:34 PM: I'm watching this YouTube video of a carbed 1100 Sport for sale..

The throttle is on the left? Am I nuts? Is it possible the video image is reversed? I know you can flip pics with Photoshop so I assume you can do the same with video?

Can't post a link, as the eBay iPhone app lacks the imbedded video that's on the desktop eBay auction... I was watching the vid on the laptop

In this picture, you can clearly see the left grip, switch gear, and the choke lever

In this pic of my bike, you can see also that the white tach is on the left and the black speedo is on the right.

Just notices the pic shows milage on the odo at 23xxx but the auction says 43xxx miles?

At the risk of being a "cheapskate" or "lowballer' I wouldn't pay over $2,350 for this particular bike.

Most spines fall into that weird Guzzi category. People who originally lusted after them and can now afford them are now to old to take the riding position. Younger riders don't want them because they don't make 1 trillion HP and 99.9% of the motorcycling community doesn't even know what the hell a Guzzi is.

Someday I'll own a carbed Sport but this isn't the one.

Because, as noted, that's a picture of my bike's instrument cluster. Taken eight years ago...
