I'm watching this YouTube video of a carbed 1100 Sport for sale..
The throttle is on the left? Am I nuts? Is it possible the video image is reversed? I know you can flip pics with Photoshop so I assume you can do the same with video?
Can't post a link, as the eBay iPhone app lacks the imbedded video that's on the desktop eBay auction... I was watching the vid on the laptop
It's on eBay
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=231491042881
with a link to the vid, or if you search youtube: "95 Moto Guzzi Sport 1100 for sale at Northeast Sportscar"

Also I think the mirrors are installed upside down.. But no way that's a camera trick :beer

At 1 minute 39 secs the roadsign seems to be reversed so you must be right about the throttle. Either that or the bike was a special, made for a long-time Indian rider.

Look at the gages, white tach and black speedo are reversed in video. Must be reverse image.

The video is flipped. The Eagle on the triple clamp faces right, in real life.
In this picture, you can clearly see the left grip, switch gear, and the choke lever

In this pic of my bike, you can see also that the white tach is on the left and the black speedo is on the right.

Ha, "Moto Guzzi" on the gas tank filler is mirrored too. He must be in the alternate universe.

Hasn't hit reserve... What do you guys think this somewhat tatty Sport will go for?
Looks like a nice track day bike to me if the price is right?

The seller also makes the slightly incorrect claim that this is the last carbed MG . I don't think the person actually marketing this bike is the owner .

At the risk of being a "cheapskate" or "lowballer' I wouldn't pay over $2,350 for this particular bike.
Most spines fall into that weird Guzzi category. People who originally lusted after them and can now afford them are now to old to take the riding position. Younger riders don't want them because they don't make 1 trillion HP and 99.9% of the motorcycling community doesn't even know what the hell a Guzzi is.
Someday I'll own a carbed Sport but this isn't the one.

Why have I looked at this bike 10x today?

Throttle on the left....Old Indian bikes with the right side tank shift, throttle on the left and foot clutch...

Because, as noted, that's a picture of my bike's instrument cluster. Taken eight years ago...

This bike is a twenty footer! I've dated a few women that fall into that category.
