I have a broken spoke in the front wheel of my T3 and my local supplier doesn't have any. There is a man in Auckland who will make them but I need to give measurements and the thread pitch. I have discovered that they are 3.5mm dia x 170mm length. Can anyone tell me what the thread is, please?

Hmm, evidently not.

Spoke threads are odd . Try pulling a good spoke and having a good machine shop measure the pitch .
Thunder up !

I can't see them on MG Cycle, they carry the Eldorado spokes and seem to have T3 rear wheel spokes but I don't see front.
Here is an outfit that will make them for you if you get stuck.

I tried to measure the threads on one and I can't get a read on it. Buchanan's won't have them, Curtis? You seeing this?

Yep. If the threads are the same as the Loop spokes you can't mix and match original and aftermarket (i.e. use aftermarket spokes with original nipples and vice versa). IIRC, the original Guzzi spokes have rolled threads and most aftermarket spokes have cut threads and the two aren't compatible.
I'd just have your supplier make them to match whatever new nipples of the appropriate size you can find.

I was about to go through that for my Mille when I called Harper's. Curtis had the factory spokes and nipples in stock and sold me a few. Shipping shouldn't be bad if they ship by USPS 1st Class.

If they are the same as the front spokes of a G5, they are 8/9 swaged spokes with 7mm nipple. Don't know about the thread size, buy spoke and nipple together.
