From Mario 12/29/14:
Hello Fools,
If there is to be a Fools this year it would be March 13-15, the last full weekend of winter. I say if because I will not be able to make it as Ann’s condition has worsened to the point that I don’t leave her for any length of time. She is full time in a power wheel chair now and has not even driven a car in a year although we now have a handicap van that she can drive.
Jim King has said that he will answer all questions and he will be at Mt Nebo as usual (jsking1 @cox.net). There will be no reserved campsites so everyone is on their own. I hope this little tradition we started 16 years ago on a whim will continue but nothing lasts forever. If you make it, have a good time.

I won't be making it this year, but hope those who do will have a good weekend!
The ten-day forecast is calling for highs in the mid-60s and lows in the low-40s. Sunny to partly cloudy and low chance of rain.

Hope all who attend will have a good time. Unfortunately family obligations will keep me close to home this year

Just talked Jim King the Fools on the Hill is going forward, nice weekend as far as weather goes. Location near the fire ring come on down, if possible.
Good Luck

Here is the basic info for this year's gathering of Fools.
As you probably know this has always been a very loosely, non organized event, but fun even when cold.
Some tend to gather in the area near campsites 16, 17, and 19. I have reserved 19, Wes Stephens has 17.
Sites may be shared up to a point.

Anybody got a report from this years crop of fools?
-
Bet it was kinda wet Friday and Saturday!
-
It was wet part of Sunday too.
So I just stayed another night.
It is beautiful and quite here now.
No real headcount. I would say 12 to 15?
A group came from Iowa City, Iowa. :bow
Everyone did their own thing.
My was trying to stay dry and chillin' out.
At least I accomplished the second half.
You never know what your day will bring.
In my mind that's what camping is all about.
-
Actually Sunday, yesterday, was beautiful. I lost track of time.
Hope everyone had a safe ride home.
