Title: Agostini: Contact Info?
Post by: JeffOlson on March 15, 2015, 11:06:50 AM
Has anyone here successfully ordered direct from Agostini? If so, what contact info do you have? Who should I call?

I tried ordering from their website last week but was unsuccessful. (It kept asking me for my preferred shipping option, but it presented no options for selection.) I also sent an email, but I have not yet received a reply. I figured I would try calling someone direct this coming week.

Thanks in advance!

When I order from Agostini or TLM, I usually receive things in about the same time frame as when ordering from within the US !

Did they not just close their doors?  I trout there was a thread about it somewhere on this board.

I just got off the phone (Skype, actually) with Nicola. They are indeed still in business. I just ordered a couple of things from them for my new Norge.

Nah, it was Stucchi that got into financial difficulties and went into administration. Ago's are still good.

I think Stucchi are trying to trade out of difficulty.
