I remember those commercials. I always got the Daytona Sport 70's on the Rally Sport.

Uniroyals?  Really crap tires for the day.  Standard equipment on lots of cars.

Are they still in business?

OKAY. I see it.  What's on the other side of the D ring?  Brook Burke's bikini top?

This will be my 7th set of Michelin Anakees on this bike. I get 7 or 8 K out of a set. I'm happy with them.

Spud,

It's a ceiling mounted lift designed for lifting people up to 660 lbs. It's attached to steel strut over the ceiling joists and suspended by 1/2 threaded rod. Moves up down & right left with a wireless remote.

Brooke might be more fun, but she probably requires more maintenence.

It's not for me ;D but it's nice for bikes & riding mowers. A client of mine "left it to me" RIP Marge!

I've tried a couple of other brand name tires on my Tiger but I keep going back to the original Metzler Tourances. They just work better for me. 106K miles and still runs like a new bike.

Same here, but mine had the Anakees when I bought it. I'm only at 56,000 miles and runs like a banshee!

Ive put 8K on the Anakee 3's that are on my Stelvio and if not for an upcoming trip would probably keep them on about another 2k or so before replacing. Ill be replacing them with another set.

How are those things on gravel, dirt roads?  I may have to replace the Pirelli's by the time I drop in on you... Leaning toward Shinko 705's

The Anakee's were pretty good they were 80/20. These are Anakee II's. I only have 300 miles on them from yesterday. They seem to be OK, the old ones had a little more agressive tread. These stick pretty good in the corners, I'm no Rossi <shrug>
