I ordered one for my V7 on 3/14, credit card was charged. So far no correspondence from Dart, e.g. email receipt or response to an email I sent Tuesday. Guess I will just wait with fingers crossed and hope it shows up soon.

I think I've heard of that happening with them before. My guess is a small outfit, no automated responses. I'd give it a week or so, maybe try calling or emailing again. You probably have what, like 30 days after your next CC statement to dispute it if it doesn't show anyway?
BTW, I like the Dart on my V7.

Coincidence, but different experience. I ordered one for my V7 Stone on 3/13, direct from the Dart web site and paid via PayPal. I got an (automatic) email reply immediately, and then two emails from Steve Sleddon on 3/16, the first thanking me for the order and stating he will let me know when it ships, and the other stating that it has shipped. Then, yesterday, 3/18, I got an email from FedEx International Next Flight confirming the shipment.

So they DO have an automated response. Interesting. Maybe a hiccup in the system...

I can also confirm emails were recieved once my order was placed. The dart flyscreen looks great on the V7!

I could not find a phone number, can anyone pass it along?

Could have been from PayPal, not Dart?

I recieved an email from Dart advising that I should receive the product in 7-10 days. Sorry Buck, there was not a phone number in the email. It actually looked like a normal email.....not automated.

Love my Dart windscreen. First one shipped got lost. So I emailed and they sent a second with apologies.

I bought a Dart screen for my Ducati. The transaction went fine and it arrived in reasonable time.
My only peeve was to find out later he sells a opaque black screen but it wasn't listed as an option when I made the purchase. I found out later after spending money to have mine blacked out with solid black window tint on the back side.
I sent him an email about it and he apologized and said he would update the website to include the solid black option.
I'm quite happy with the whole kit overall.
I do think it's a small operation.

I ordered 2 Dart's (one for my Griso and one for my wife's V7) 7 days ago and received a confirmation email the day I ordered. Two days later I received a notice of shipment. It appears they use a "form" email. The shipping notice included information about standard shipping times and the fact that there is no tracking data. I expect to see delivery sometime next week. Hope this helps with those ordering direct from Dart.

The only email I received was a shipping notification 7 or 8 days after purchase but it arrived yesterday and looks great. Get to try it tomorrow.

A "C" for customer service, but glad it arrived. Let us know how you like it.

Ordered from the UK on March 14th, and arrived in the US on March 25th. Not bad.

That's kinda funny. Up here in the GWN, orders from the UK often arrive in less than a week, 3 days on one memorable occasion. Orders from south of the border (USA) often take upwards of 2 weeks, sometimes 3.

Ordered mine on 3/15, arrived on 3/24. Can't complain. Also, it looks like the bike came from the factory with it. '13 V7 Stone.

Got my first ride in, the Dart is indeed small but mighty. Noticeably less wind blast on chest. Fit and finish A+, kudos to Dart!
Bar end mirriors are in place and a 10 litre Marsee magnetic tank bag arrives today ($60 from $140, thanks Pierre!)
The stock rear shocks are adjusted to have at least decent compliance, it probably helps here to not weigh more than 170 or so. At least I can say I don't hate the suspension. I am jazzed because the smallblock is now suited for light touring duty, certainly an overnighter.
