Title: Ohlins fork seals

One of mine started weeping and parts are ordered. Question though, anything special as to disassembly and the like over other USD designs?

Yes, however you will need to work through a dealer.

Actually, not so. I have parts on the way from Harper's and with a phone call to Ohlins, I now have a PDF of parts and tools. Let them know what I need and done. I think Ohlins originally was dealer only or perhaps when owned by Yamaha.

I used this Youtube video and it was most helpful. If I can do this, anybody can. Don't be intimidated just cause it says Ohlins. Just be meticulous with a clean working area and tools. Take your time. Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cX7mASNcDVg
