I would like to purchase a set of Helibars for an 06' Breva 1100 if anyone out there has a set they would let go of.

Which is better, the Helibars for $350 or blocks from Moto International for $200? Is there a difference in terms of pull-back or angle?

I went ahead and bought the helibars from naefcycles on evilbay, $329 shipped. They do provide more pullback and the angle is straitened out more, much easier on my shoulders and at my age worth every penny when I can make it easier on myself.

I bought a set of blocks on Ebay for about $100, very similar to MI stuff, but have not tried them yet.  They were brand new.
