Title: It's Time!
Post by: Dilliw on March 22, 2015, 10:40:50 AM
Figured I'd post something about the Goose today instead of just bitchin about life indoors.  74 degrees and sunny yesterday!  I started with a new filter and gasket (wish I had a lift) then off for a little warm up.  For some reason my bike doesn't leak oil anymore!  ;-T

You probably had synthetic oil in it before (whether you knew it or not), and changed it to regular oil.   It's well known that synthetic oil is so slick that it gets past the gasket and seals and causes leaks!

You'll be fine now!

Dill , are you sure it has oil in it ? :o :D :D

  Dusty

It does now! But does it have a hose clamp???

Oh by the way Rotella is running their rebate again and I just uploaded my receipt.  $19.97/gal minus 5 bucks at Wally World.

Tuesday when I get home from work I'll change out the drive oils.
