went on the KOA website , and for that specific week end , there are no cabins available . Guess gonna have to sleep on the ground ....ohh well... ;D

I usually stay at the Theater Motel in Westfield when I attend. No sleeping on the ground for me.

Undecided. I'll be in Boyer Station/Cass, WV all weekend two weeks prior, the National (undecided also) is two weeks after and the VA Rally is the week after that. Can't do it all, even though I might like to.

Having been born and raised in Chautauqua County, and lived in Westfield before moving to Florida, I would suggest anyone considering attending the rally and looking for places to stay: for camping- Lake Erie State Park is only eight miles east of the KOA on Rt.5. There is also a local Moose Club park just west of the KOA near Barcelona Harbor. For motels- just off the Dunkirk/Fredonia exit (59?) of the NYS Thruway there are several motels, all within fifteen miles of the rally. In addition to the numerous wineries there are several interesting museums in the area, as well as the Chautauqua Institute for the Arts located about ten miles south in Mayville, NY. I would strongly recommend a ride around Chautauqua Lake, about 60 miles. Mayville being at the south end of Chautauqua Lake and Jamestown, NY at the north end of the lake. Jamestown claims to be the hometown of Lucille Ball and has a dedicated museum for her. That particular area of New York State is very historic dating back to pre-revolutionary times and is mainly rural/agricultural with well maintained roads and very light traffic. Absolutely beautiful in the summers but brutal winters.

arveno... try calling the campground and telling them you are with the guzzi group. dennis the campground owner may have just blocked those dates out for the public.. worth the phone call to stay on site

Unfortunately I have to miss this year Joe, first one in 7 years! Daughter graduates 8th grade that week.

Duffs hitting the may 1 Athens "Old Mans Cave " rally then national, Russell, northern ny, Skowhegan. will miss new Cumberland and the other side.
We got a cabin with ac at the Athens rally. all are invited. tell the Ohio blakes for me.

A near tornado, a willow tree that grows empty beer cans, clear illegal liquor, illegal aliens ( Canadians ).
This rally sucks!

hi all i was just at kustom workz. the guzzi dealer who is bringing the dealer display,demo bikes as well as a service trailer. if anyone needs any guzzi parts,tires,etc. get ahold of them and they will bring what you need 716 651 0044

You wouldn't have to violate any quantum mechanical principles, or violate the Second Law of Thermodynamics, or cause any temporal paradoxes or anything to be at both events ... They ARE on different weeks .... !! ;) :D :D

Howard mentioned the entrance to use. Rather than the main KOA drive, come in the next road to the West and turn into the small vineyard shortly after. Go behind the pond. You will see where everyone is.

No problem Peter. There is some wooded area closer to the creek for camping. I never really looked at the positioning of trees, but I would think there should be a couple suitable.

Damn, slipped a cog again, forgot to mention that I will have registration forms for the Va Rally June 26,27,28. Some folks have had issues w/the form download so, if I receive payment w/the filled out registration form I can accept the prereg $ instead of the gate price.

just another thanx for all who were able to make it to the rally. also a GREAT BIG thanx to the buffalo moto guzzi dealer KUSTOM WORKZ.. for the tremendous effort put into the display and service performed at the rally. i will try to get some photos up as soon as i figure out how to do it. anyone who attended feel free to post photos. the rally actually grew in attendance unofficially 124 adults 8 children. most of who the kids came in side cars. i believe there were 8 hacks there. really wanted a photo of them all lined up but it got away from me. was great to see old friends and meet the new. if anyone has any photos they can e-mail me please do. as well as previous years. i believe the slide show of the previous w.n.y. rallies was a hit. thanks again. see you folks in N.H. at the national!!!

Thank you Joe and your crew for another fantastic rally! And a big thank you to Kustom Workz owner Mike and his mechanic Adam, who really worked his tail off.
I attended my first WNY rally at the old site in Cattaraugus County and everyone has been a blast. I'm older now and don't stay up as late I used to but damn, this is a fun event!
Anyone that is in the Buffalo area, please check out Kustom workz, these guys are the goods!
Thanks again to everyone that provided the sweat and time to make this another memorable event!

Thanks to you and your crew for another good one! We had a ball, even the first 10 hours in hard rain. After that it was all easy peasy. Tyler had fun as usual and said to thank you for allowing him to borrow (and break) a fishing rod. I'm late getting this out cause we went on a ride about to the Outer Banks and other spots on the way home. About 1700 miles total and never a complaint from the little man. Great seeing old friends and meeting some new ones too. Hope to see you in Ohio.
