Vincent's probably weren't metric at that time, but witworth, (US) SAE, or even British standard. My 73 Triumph is mostly SAE with 1-2 witworth nuts, and no metric. Yes only 31 were made, but we can now account for all 45-50 of them. ;D

Not Metric was my point , they were mostly Whitworth with a touch of British cycle thread just to keep everyone on their toes :D And yes , now there are something like 50 "authentic" Lightnings , hey , those collectors need something to go with their real D Jags and Testa Rossas ;D
For bonus points , what English war Dept project spawned the Black Lightning engine , which was quite different from the run of the mill Shadow or Rapide .

Vincent accuracy aside, I thought the song was fantastic, and surprised how moving just a few crude cutouts ended up being. Real communications on a number of levels, very enjoyable.
