That could be Joe Matthews' bike.  (What is Raleigh C&C?)  I bought my Mille from him and saw his very nicely done SP.  Did it look like this?

Sweet bike!  Reminds me a little of the bikes Axel Budde builds - wish I could afford one.

No, sorry I don't, but Joe Matthews is a member here, so sending him an email might get a response.  I haven't seen him on the board lately, so a PM might not do it.
