A pal wants me to restore his 110 Series Land Rover and over the course of it to track it on a blog. I figure it sounds kinda cool as I was going to over photograph the affair for him anyhow.
Now the rub - I can just about spell megabi... megabyte without spell-check.
Anyone have a direction to point me to start up a blog for this? I'm thinking "blogging for dummies" or something to that effect.
I would like to have a couple of "threads"(?) in it to separately track a boat, an MGB and my Crudorado as well.
All input greatly appreciated.
Todd.

What year is the B? I had a '67 (wish it were a MKII) and miss it occasionally...

That is what I use...

Google owns Blogger, blogger entries get higher profile on google searches (if that's your thing). The format is EASY to use and is very picture friendly, allows links, many suggestions for an initial layout. Bonus- google may be around awhile.

Well see, there you go. I had no idea that that colossus offered that service.

It's a '65. I wasn't really looking for one but stumbled on this while tracking Rover stuff. Being a '65 it has none of the warts, carbuncles or tumors added later by safety-nanny-nazis. Things like; being shot with a reflector canon, nerf bumpers and the like. Smooth, slightly rounded and white... Just like I like my wo.... wonder bread.
Better still, it comes from a guy who gave up on converting it to a Ford 2.3 single cam. One of my favorite engines and worlds ahead of the several Britblocks I've had experience with.

Thanks for that but when I went to wordpress, I got a lot of overlayed text. Could be I have antiquated browser issues. I'll look into it before committing, thanks.
Thanks all, Todd.

:+1 for wordpress
I acknowledge that the blog space is ever changing and what I thought was the best choice a while back may not be the best now.
I'm a terrible blogger: https://guzzimike2.wordpress.com/moto-guzzi-v7-sport/cylinder-replacement/ and use the top menu to 'file' my posts. Over a decade ago I cut & pasted code for my 'racing' website but this is way simpler.
Whatever you go with, good luck ;-T I look forward to stopping by for a read.
