Title: Carpimoto in Italy
Post by: menzies on May 19, 2015, 01:28:59 PM
Have any of you folks had any dealings with Carpimoto in Italy? They have what looks like a good price on a Matris Fork Kit for a Breva 1100. I have bought from a couple of UK vendors with good results but never from Italy.

Do you speak Italian? Unless they've got a speaker on their end fluent in Yanqui*, I'd assume there is going to be some breakdown somewhere in the chain of sale...

* or "Yankee" for you spelling zealots! ;)

They exist for a longer time with loads of nice expensive products, no reason to distrust them

Italian busineses have come along way in the time Ive been here ('93).

If you have pain, it will be on the US end. You 'may' have to pay customs duties...and maybe not. They spot check alotta stuff.
