Just got this message from Lowrider..
snip
It came loose from the straps i the trailer and smashed the tail light/signals, HB bag and fender. Probably the big deal is jerry rigging a tail light. Could be more damage.
Really don't mean to impose but the rest of my trip is probably screwed without the bike.
Any have any parts we can use to help get him going next week?
TIA

I've got a complete tail light turn signal assembly from an 89 Cali. It's the bigger square tail light but, it should bolt right up. Where's he at?

He's on his way to the 500, and will come to our place on Monday. He's roughly planning a month trip leaving Indy and going east, doing the nationals, etc.
Just trying to get him on the road. I'm waiting on pix so I have a better idea of what needs to be done.
Thanks, Joe..

Mother was an Okie, a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do.. ;D
Besides that, John is the keeper of the Kid's Greenie..

Joe. I'll call you tomorrow. The bottom part where it hooks to the fender is broken.

As of now, Joe is bringing the lamp assembly to Indy and will meet up with you there. I left his fone number on your voice mail. Once you have all the stuff, bring it here, and we'll decide whether we can repair yours or graft on Joe's lamp.

Looks like we're better off than we thought. I happen to have the housing John needs, I took the lamp holders and lens to repair another bike. It's smaller and will pack easier so, I won't need to ride the sidecar!
