You know-the old commercials hijacked by kids a re-worded. Had one pop in today from elementary school days.

Comet, it makes your teeth so clean
Comet, it tastes like Listerine
Comet, it makes you vomit
So get some Comet and vomit todaaay!

Bringing me back to 4th grade here; Lucky Strike cigs had LS / MFT = Lucky Strikes means fine tobacco.

To a 4th grader, LS/MFT = Loose Straps Means flabby tits.

I remember a slightly different version (set to the tune of the Col. Bogey march):

Comet, it makes your teeth turn green.
Comet, it tastes like gas-o-leen.
Comet, it makes you vomit.
So buy some Comet, and vomit, todaaay!

(Why something like that sticks in my memory over all the years, while potentially useful information that I want to retain does not, I'd love to understand.)

The country wouldn't have any energy supply problems if all of the Wildroot Creme Oil, Brylcreem, and Vitalis that my Mom combed into my hair when I was a boy back then could be recovered and used to fire a boiler ... Oh, yuck, how could people stand to be that greasy?
