It's a great project bike, looks like all of the hard to find parts are intact and reproductions are available for what is worn out. It is definitely worth $4K, perhaps more but a minimum of $8K to restore (and probably more like $12K) if you do most of it yourself.
I just hope it is not purchased to part out, given it is complete and has a title, that would be a real shame. :(
It will be interesting to see what it sells for.

I know the lucky guy who got this one. I saw it this past weekend. He's pretty thrilled with it, esp. since the ebay one went for more, and is in worse condition.

That $12k part is why I didn't buy the DC Craigslist one.
