Title: Proposal: Guzzi Life Support Appreciation day/week

Hey folks-

So it's a lovely Saturday morning and I'm on a mission to resuscitate Gina the V50III. I have a little widget that I ordered and received efficiently, at a fair price, and just in time. It made me think that one of the significant reasons to deal with Guzzis is the extremely robust network of parts suppliers we have. You know who I'm talking about:  Mike and Curtis at Harper's, Rick and Gordon at MGCycle, The crew at MI, MPH, etc.  I'd be riding a Honda if it weren't for their support.

What do you think of a WildGuzzi promoted day/week where we exhort the members to "thank" our friends who drive the Guzzi EMT vans by buying something that given week?  I just thought it would be a nice tip of the hat to the people that stock all the silly gear that we need to go blasting around.

What are your thoughts?

In, must be this week...  :)  Today in fact.

I just bought some goods from Gordon & Rick for the two Guzzis that I just gave to my Son and Son-In-Law...   ;-T

My Son Michael's 2002 Special Sport needed an air filter and rear brake pads to complete the service that I just did on that and Peter's 2001 V11 Jackal needed a speedo cable to get him on the road.

Like to add, the next time you need something that you might get elsewhere or do yourself (especially that) visit that dealer you want to thank and give them the business. You might want to mount that new tire yourself, but it won't hurt to have them do it. Instead of ordering that tire from some on-line place, get it from that dealer you want to thank, they'll appreciate that too.
