Looks interesting, anyway. Be good to hear if it does what it says on the tin.

Rich A got one and reported on it in this thread from July, 2013: http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=63431. He liked it, at least initially.
BTW I also reported in the same thread that I was going to buy some small stick-on "crescent blindspot mirrors" instead. I did do that, but now find that they are so small that I don't seem to be making the effort to look at them very often. I rate them a failure, at least for me.
As for the Rider Scan mirror, I'm thinking lately that I need to pay more attention looking directly behind me, at stoplights. Looking to the right and left is not so hard, since I've gotten a helmet with a better field of view than my old SparX.
But maybe Rich A will chip in another report. In the meantime, check out the earlier thread.

I rode a rental with something like it if not the very same product. Pretty useful but I recall it being a bit annoying at night in urban traffic. Perhaps an adjustment issue?
It went a long way to alleviating the best aspect of riding without a helmet. The blind spot awareness being helmetless being a generally unsung benefit of an otherwise unsafe practice.

Yes, I got one, and I thought it was useful. The downside is that you have to take it off to use a tankbag--something I do fairly often. So the Rider Scan is on a shelf waiting for a bike that won't have a tankbag.

Thanks for the replies.
....yea, I can see that my tank bag would interfere with it.

I just did this and at least it let`s you know something is there.
