Title: Norge bag capacity?

The subject line says it all. What's the capacity of the Norge (GT 8V) side bags? I've been clicking around the MG website and can't find anything.
I assume the collective wisdom--nay, genius--of the Wildguzzi forum will know this info right away.

Inner Bags Kit
These semi-rigid inner bags are specially designed to fit inside the new 36 liter panniers. Made from nylon and complete with a practical shoulder strap for easy transport and a zipped pocket for small items.

Note: the left pannier is slightly smaller than the right one due to a cutout for the muffler...
