Title: Harpers?
Post by: samfrank on June 11, 2015, 09:56:37 AM
Anyone else having trouble getting in touch with Harpers? Trying to order a couple of oil filters and can't fine the correct one on their site and tried to email them but the site is acting weird. Also, no answer to the regular number. They mentioned that the 800 number was not working. Wasn't sure if it was on my end.

Just called Harper's yesterday to order some parts - Curtis picked up immediately and hung with me on the phone a long while to make sure we had the right stuff.

Haven't been able to get MGcycle, though - the phone is always busy and I'm to leave a message and they'll call back, and I'm sure they would, but I'm not around to answer the phone 50% of the day and I need to get parts ordered when I need them.   Great help otherwise, though.

There are lots of places to gets this stuff. Give any of the good dealers a call and they can ship to you as well. Ask for a discount that often you'll get that too.

Talking regular bike shops that sell MGs. Just another option.

We are here, but for some reason our phone company has been having issues. Yesterday I was in the middle of a call when our 800 number went down. It has usually been happening in the latter part of the afternoon post 3pmish. We are working hard on getting it fixed. Thanks for putting up with the frustration. Also thanks for starting the thread, I am forwarding to the phone company so they understand the impact of the problem. We screw up enough on our own, don't need any outside help.

Thanks again

Oh yea, if the 800 doesn't work try 816 697 3411, or as final back up, 816 797 1145

Might I suggest you add those numbers to your tagline below the 800 number.  :thumb:

LOL!  You make it sound like "good dealers" are on every street corner.  Unfortunately, they're not.

For now, the 800 number is forwarded to a cell phone. So hopefully every one will be able to get thru.

Shot Harpers a contact throught the website following up a previously placed order.

If the website is fine looks like I just need to sit tight.
