Title: Some days, bears who eats whom.
Post by: canuguzzi on June 12, 2015, 02:43:34 PM
Spliced some wired. Stood back and admired work. Damn fine job. Forgot that wires needed to go through hole first. Damn.

Cut wires. Splice again. Stood back, better than the first time.

Forgot wired needed to be run through hole first.

Today, the bear ate me. Crap.

Remind me to NEVER let you near a MC with wiring supplies  That's alright , I once installed a dish washer neglecting to provide a water supply

Did you remember to put the shrink wrap on before the solder?  That's my favorite trick.

If I had $1 for every time that's happened to me I could buy a new Guzzi, it's not the wires fault, blame it on the hole

I worked at a minesite in Northern BC, the electricians had to splice a cable in the middle of winter and had the great idea of running one end in one window of the truck, other cable in the other window, it worked great until they had to remove it.
The solution was to cut the top off the cab.
