I don't know anything about that rim, but Woody's Wheelworks has given me great service, and claims to repair rims.

Use the google for wheel repair in your area. This service is more common than you probably realize.

There are a few options in Tucson, I went with the one who called me back first. The wheel looks like new.

He will probably need to strip the wheel down before taking it in; tire off, brake rotors removed and wheel bearings out.

I've had several cast wheels straightened by Will Babb in South Carolina.

Depends where your buddy is and where the bend on the rim is.  There's a guy in Sacramento, Ca. that does it.  Haven't heard of taking bearings out.  If he can't straighten it there's no charge.

I have used woodys in CO.  http://www.woodyswheelworks.com
They repaired a 75 lemans rim that was ready for the recycle yard.

Plenty of shops in So Cal that fix rims and them either Penetrant Inspect them or X-Ray them, my buddy on his racing Yamaha used them and had no issues at racing conditions

I have used this shop twice once for a very bent BMW R1100RS rim and on my LeMans 850. I was happy both times.

interesting that I also posted this on the GL 1800 Gold wing site. 2 responses with only 1 recommendation. again mc.
they have 10's of thousands of active members and yet very little info was received. Guzzi guys are the greatest.
more single malt and maybe a cigar tonight in honor of J. N. Smyth. may he rest in peace.

I had a bent rim on a BMW (snowflake cast wheel) repaired by a guy who specialized in this work.  You couldn't tell that it was ever out of round after he finished doing his magic.  Like others have said, this service is available in many places; there may be someone who does it your city or very close by.  Until I had this problem, I had never thought about looking for someone but when I did, he only lived around ten miles from my home.
