Although Big Twin BMW is no longer a Guzzi dealer, they sure treated me all right.
While traveling west, the rear Pirelli Scorpion on my Stelvio reached the end of its service life (a disappointing 5,000 miles.) Not only did they have the Heidenau k76 I wanted, it was sold at a near discount price of $170. And since I pulled the wheel myself, I was in and out in 60 minutes with a mount and balance cost of $20.
Not only was the "traveler" courtesy extended I and my riding partner were treated like long time customers (pleasant lounge, great coffee.) I was in a bind yet not taken advantage of. What a refreshing experience. I thought you all should know.

Did you run into Tito, the service manager?

Tito was very accommodating and we talked about his regular visits to Montana. He also referred us to Tango's for lunch. It is a great Argentine carry-out!

I've bought three Guzzis from Big Twin, the first in 1980. While no longer a dealer, as of last summer they had a mechanic who rides Guzzis and he did a fine job of servicing my Breva. Good folks.

I know Tito (and Janet) from our Triumph rides in VT.
Wonderful guy, that Tito.

Great shop, they really helped me out one year when my RT 1150 dies and I needed a new battery.
