Its my annual Guzzi-rally "adventure" time, last year crashed in woods on my way to Ohio.
This year I'm trying to make it to upstate NY....

Heading up early Saturday. Haven't been since '02, looking forward to it!

A whopping 10.77 miles according to Mapquest 😜. I'd like to offer up garage space and tools for anyone in dire need of assistance. Transporting a lame steed may be difficult but doable. PM me for a cell to call.
Ride safe! John
Might be able to muster up a local back road scenic route for Saturday AM start til...? Interest..?

Looking very good at this time for me to join you at the rally. Just hope they keep all the prisoners at Dannemora inside the walls this week.

It's not the escapees that worry me, at least we knew what they looked like. It's the ones that have not been caught yet that worry me!

Just an FYI: Ironman Lake Placid is this weekend which will make travel through LP slow and congested at best Friday and Saturday and literally impossible on Sunday. Lodging also very limited in or near LP. If you need to leave the rally and head east on Sunday be sure to plan an alternate route. I found alternate routes on the Ironman Lake Placid 2015 website that were accurate and as plentiful as possible. Extra time should be planned. South, north, or western entry or exit to and from the rally site should be no problem. Feel free to ask questions, I will monitor this site and my e-mail frequently through out the rally.
Stay safe, John
