Anyone have experience with Cogent Dynamics suspension products or service?
I'm considering having them service my Ohlins forks. They're an authorized dealer.

The folks on Ducati.ms love this place. I have not used him personally, but the feedback is that they do great work on suspensions.

Rick is a great guy and highly qualified. He has a complete shop including a shock dynometer to verify the setup and knows how to use it.. Besides rebuilding others shocks and forks he does custom installation like converting damper rod forks to cartidge forks.
If you visit his shop he will do a final tune with you and the bike.

Great, thanks for the input guys. I just shipped them off to NC via UPS.

I used to be big on Rick at Cogent.
However, I made three referrals of other riders to him and he would not even answer the phone or return calls. These were full suspension packages that would have meant sizable sales for Rick.
I even called him about it and he said he would try to be more responsive.
That's been a year or two ago. Maybe he was going through some bad times.
He knows his stuff and has the equipment to do good work.
I've moved on to others in the business who offer responsive service to people wanting to spend money with them.

He did the suspension on the ST2. No complaints. :boozing:

You might call Don here. He just went to Ohlins school, works on Ducs and has done me some good work at a reasonable cost.
