Title: Run TunerPro on Mac for a few bucks

Which includes CrossOver for Mac : https://www.codeweavers.com/products/crossover-mac/

Which allows Windows apps to run on Mac. I downloaded the CrossOver demo and installed TunerPro. At first run, seems to work. To test it, I downloaded a .xdf and .bin I found via tunerpro.net and it seems to work. I was able to open, modify, save and open.

This is not exhaustive testing, not a guarantee, your mileage may vary, past results are not an indicator of future performance.
