Here are the Kupferpaste Moto Guzzi club's official pics from the rally a couple weekends ago.
They believe it is the largest annual Guzzi rally in the world with over 1500 people coming each year.
My pics will be posted soon.

that looks like a fun party.. some of the pics looked squeezed like the aspect ratio is off... or do German Guzzi's have oval wheels?

1500 people, wow! Are there even 1500 Moto Guzzi owners in the USA?

I think that is to make the participants look thinner.

There are 1500 Guzzi's in the States and 125 owners :thumb:

Yes, some of the pics are a bit wanky.
Yes, there are lots of F A T Germans!
Yes, the rally is a lot of fun. Two bands, one friday night and one saturday night. Puppet show for kids, boat ride up the Main to Wurtheim, local rides, too.
Yess, good food and cold beer.
No bon fire this year, it was too warm. Lots of people swimming in the river, me too!

It's a stereotype, not necessarily reality; and facts won't change that ....
... but I'll say there were some nice-looking women there, and some serious Guzzis ....

Current or ever? One of the guzzi history books mentions 20,000 guzzi 65's at one rally back in the 50's I think

Thanks for posting!
What's a rally without a puppet show, lederhosen and a brass band, Sturgis has nothing on these folks!
Lots of smiling people of all ages, looks like a lot of fun.

But what sort of beer do they serve? Only Germany has the potential to provide better brew than we does :boozing:
Anything going on early June next year? Judi and I will be in the Karlsruhe area and have access to a bike. ..non guzzi but 2 wheels.

The serve a lager, a hefeweisen (wheat beer) and a radler, which is beer and sweet sparkling citrus cider mix. Ain't tooo bad, once you get used to it.
